Frank Todisco is Executive Director of Franchise Development for FirstLight Home Care. Frank plays a pivotal role in leading all aspects of the Franchise Development strategy and process, including qualifying franchise candidates and continually improving the FirstLight discovery process. His track record in sales and strategic leadership helps drive the growth and development of the FirstLight franchise network. Frank comes to us from ServiceMaster, where he was Senior Director, Strategic Sales for ServiceMaster Brands, and Franchise Operations Leader for ServiceMaster Clean.
