Accept our invitation to visit the FirstLight offices and spend an entire day with us. It is important we both agree on our mutual perspective of the home care industry and what it will take to drive future success. We decide mutually if the FirstLight HomeCare conversion program is the right move for both of us.

Review your operating data and finalize deferred royalty levels with timing to join the FirstLight team.

Once the above steps have been completed, your franchise agreement will be delivered to you so it can be signed to begin the conversion process. We’ll then work side-by-side with you to complete a series of support calls and checklist steps to prepare for a professional transition from your business to the FirstLight platform.
